Vision Corporate Interiors is led by a dedicated trio of owners and supported by experienced professionals who share a common goal to deliver well-designed, functional spaces that meet the real needs of modern businesses.

Our Story

Vision Corporate Interiors was founded in October 1997 by Bruce and Melissa Ratcliff, starting as a home-based business in Mooroolbark while raising their young family. With Bruce’s background as a Commercial Builder and Melissa’s experience in sales within the saw blade industry, the business was built on a strong foundation of industry knowledge and dedication.

That early momentum led to the opening of Vision’s first factory in Ringwood in 1999. From there, the business steadily grew, taking on more complex commercial projects and expanding its capabilities. Over nearly three decades, Vision has evolved into a well-established company with a skilled, close-knit team and a consistent track record of delivering high-quality workspaces.

In 2021, Vision moved into a larger, purpose-built facility in Ringwood. This space now houses their in-house manufacturing, where custom furniture and joinery are proudly produced by experienced tradespeople. It’s a Quality craftsmanship, faster turnaround times, and the ability to deliver truly tailored solutions are what sets Vision Corporate Interiors apart.

A major milestone followed in 2024, when long-standing team member and Factory Manager, Steve Van Sebille, joined the ownership team after more than 25 years with the business. His journey reflects the culture of loyalty, experience, and long-term commitment that underpins everything Vision does.

With decades of combined experience, we bring practical insight, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality. As a long-standing business, many of our team members have been with us for years, which is something we’re proud of, and our clients benefit from.
